About EEYC

East End Yacht Club (EEYC) is a "virtual" sailing club composed of sailors with boats based in the Burlington, NJ, Bristol, PA and other nearby anchorages in the area and who sail on the Delaware River. EEYC was created to promote sailing and fellowship in the area by teaching sailing, organizing races, picnics and instructional classes which will also be featured during the year. Our primary function is to organize sailing races. Currently our races are held on Tuesday night's from the end of April to September, then moving to Sunday afternoon's in the fall. We also hold select picnic races throughout the season which vary in course and distance from the regular weekly races. We race under the PHRF of Chesapeake Bay handicap systems and race keel-boats that currently vary in size from 24 to 33 feet.
